We've been fostering this guy for about a month. He needed meds for a bad respiratory infection and he also needed to learn that humans aren't that bad. He was such a scared little guy when he came here, but after a few weeks of patience and bribery with shredded chicken, he's come out of his shell and has turned out to be one of the sweetest and most affectionate kittens we've had in 5 years of fostering. He gets along great with our resident cats and wants nothing more than to hang out and play with the big kids. He loves to play but also goes absolutely silly for head scratches and pets. He really wants to be where the people are at pretty much all times. He'll probably be a little shy at first, but he'll come out for pets and attention with a little patience and if you let him do it on his own terms. He absolutely loves our cats and he would probably do well if he had another cat friend to hang out with. He also gets along with our dogs, respecting their space and mostly ignoring them.Email adoptions@lawrencehumane.org to set up a meet with this guy!
